Simply schedule a pickup on our website or send a WhatsApp message to +91 95824 66445. We confirm your preferred pickup slot, our rider collects the garments from your doorstep, and returns them fresh and crisply folded or on hangers.

What is the difference between wash & fold and wash & iron?

Wash & Fold (₹80/kg) is ideal for everyday daily wear, t-shirts, linens, and bedsheets that are washed in soft water, tumble dried, and folded neatly. Wash & Steam Iron (₹115/kg) includes professional steam pressing and hanger/fold packaging suitable for formal shirts, trousers, and office wear.

Which items should be dry cleaned instead of laundered?

Silk sarees, designer lehengas, structured suits, blazers, woolens, jackets, and delicate embroidered garments should always be dry cleaned with eco-safe solvents to maintain fabric integrity, color vibrancy, and structural drape.

Where are your physical store counters located?

We have two physical counters in Gurugram:
1. Sector 49: Shop No. 19, 1st Floor, B Block Shopping Plaza, Orchid Petals, South City II.
2. Sector 83: F-193, First Floor, Sapphire 83 Mall.

Do you wash my clothes with other customers?

Never. Every order is processed in its own dedicated wash drum to maintain absolute hygiene.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Standard wash & fold is delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Express same-day service is also available upon request.

Is your dry cleaning process safe for heavy bridal wear?

Yes, our master spotters inspect every stone, sequin, and thread before customized delicate treatment.

Do clothes smell of chemical solvents?

No. Our modern closed-loop machines ensure 100% odor-free, fresh garments.

Do you provide hanger delivery for pressed shirts?

Yes, shirts and trousers are delivered on hangers or neatly folded in protective covers per your preference.

Can you remove stubborn dirt from white boost soles?

Yes, we apply specialized oxidation-reversal solutions to restore original white soles.

Is suede cleaning safe?

Yes, we use dry foam and specialized brass/crepe brushes for safe suede restoration.

Do you clean carpets on-site or at your facility?

We provide both doorstep extraction and pickup & delivery to our specialized carpet washing facility.

Do you assist in removing and rehanging heavy curtains?

Yes, our team handles take-down and rehanging upon request for a completely hassle-free experience.
